ProductGrowthBI is an analytics consultancy that offers the following services:

• Product analytics solutions (conversion funnels, retention metrics)
• Marketing analytics services (campaign tracking, ROI analysis)
• Business Intelligence solutions (Power BI, Tableau dashboards)
• Data-driven marketing consulting
• Analytics implementation and support services

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur in your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• Keeping your contact information current

You agree to use the platform only for legal and educational purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Sharing copyrighted content
• Interfering with the platform's operation
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Using bots or automated scripts without authorization

When submitting content to our platform, you retain your copyright but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, software, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them. Payments are non-refundable except in specific cases set forth in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.

In no event shall ProductGrowthBI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our analytics services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription or project fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
